Gigi Hamilton

Is a Swedish singer and composer who rose to fame in the 1980s as a member of the iconic pop groups Freestyle and Style. Her voice became part of the soundtrack of a generation, with evergreen hits that still remain widely loved across Scandinavia.

Gigi recorded her first album Fantasi with Freestyle at just 15 years old. An album that quickly reached Gold and Platinum status and whose songs continue to receive extensive airplay to this day.

She has since recorded multiple albums and has been featured on several greatest hits releases.

With roots that reflect both Sweden and Jamaica, Gigi’s story is also one of identity, strength and artistic longevity.

In recent years she has returned powerfully to the stage, meeting audiences old and new with the same warmth and charisma that made her a star.

Gigi Hamilton, together with her bandmates from Style, has recently been inducted into the Hall of Fame by Melodifestivalen for the song “Dover–Calais” a recognition of their enduring legacy in Swedish pop culture.

Following the celebrated live concert at Cirkus in Stockholm in November 2025  “Från Freestyle till Style” with Tommy Ekman, more concerts are now being planned for Spring and Summer.
